STUDENT MANAGEMENT/MENTORING
METHOD 1. The Student has basic skills to log in to the internet NTG Solutions area • provided ID # and email address/password • contacts for technical, general information, and personal trainer are preloaded in the address book • message board to post enquiries which are general in nature • online chat with their trainer during pre-booked sessions • preloaded calendar with Qualification breakdown and assessment due dates • preloaded appointment calendar for assessment and personal trainer visits • file storage for activities/assessments to be stored while working on them • conferencing and discussion with other students taking similar courses This is the our area for the students to be organised, keep in touch, and get any help they may need on their journey to completion.
METHOD 2. The Student does not have basic computer skills **Students are offered the opportunity to gain computer skills through NTG if requested and appropriate or paper based tracking and training is provided: • ID# and mailed paper copies of the above information • pre addressed and dated envelopes for assessments • diary with preprinted dates for assessment due dates and personal trainer • visits • address book preprinted with contacts for technical, general information, and personal trainer • option of opt-in for phone conferencing discussions with other students (NTG manages conference call - phone numbers not released)
All students-regardless of management method receive full course materials, and activity sheets to assist with their assessment tasks. Upon Completion of Qualification the student becomes a member of National Training Group NTG and is granted access to members area on website which has monthly newsletters, updates to courses, jobs in related industries, message board...etc |
